inVIVO credit Credit Repair Agents (CRAs) are the backbone of our organization. They are energetic, confident and passionate about helping our valued clients improve their creditworthiness. This role is truly the face of our company and the custodian of our brand. You will become an expert in the art and science of credit repair as you help clients build a basis for a better financial future. In this role you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, and support customers by addressing their credit repair results, questions, and their account status.
A successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Being our customers’ primary point of contact.
Building rapport with customers while offering solutions and guidance; being the go-to resource for your client relationships.
Providing timely updates to clients while managing their case through our software portal.
Being an inVIVO credit brand ambassador.
Exercising professionalism at all times while interacting with clients.

For this position you will need:
To be a good listener with natural curiosity.

A basic understanding of data entry software and applications.
To have a high school diploma or a higher education degree.
A minimum of 1 year experience in a customer facing role (sales, account management, customer service). Exceptions apply to college interns.
