About the inVIVO realty Arizona Real Estate Agent

inVIVO realty Licensed Arizona Real Estate Agents are the backbone of the inVIVO financial organization’s realty arm. The agents are energetic, confident, and passionate about helping our valued clients with their real estate needs whether those needs related to resale, new home sales, rental, property management, investment or lease option purchases.

This role is truly the face of our real estate company and the custodian of our brand. You will become an expert in the art and science of Arizona real estate contracting and transacting, as you help clients achieve their purchase, selling, rental, or investment needs.

A successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Work directly with listing agreements and purchase agreements.

  • Work closely with inVIVO realty transaction coordinators should a contract be submitted or procured.

  • Oversee and manage inspections for clients during a contact’s due diligence period.

  • Communicate directly with inVIVO realty brokers to oversee all required contract document execution and ensure all contract documents are executed correctly in letter and time.

  • Conduct your real estate business in such a manner that meets all requirements of the inVIVO realty Arizona Policy and Procedure Manual.

  • Conduct your real estate business in such a manner that meets all requirements of Arizona state laws, codes, and ethics.

  • Building rapport with clients while offering solutions and guidance; being the go-to resource for your client relationships.
  • Providing timely updates to clients while working with inVIVO realty transaction coordinators.

  • Being an inVIVO realty brand ambassador.
  • Being our clients’ primary point of contact.
  • Exercising professionalism at all times while interacting with clients.
  • Assist buyers with listed property showings

  • Assist sellers with listing details and options

For this position you will need:

  • To be a good listener with natural curiosity.

  • To be comfortable working remotely and without supervision.

  • An in depth understanding of Arizona real estate laws and Arizona Department of Real Estate rules, regulations, and codes.
  • To have a high school diploma or a higher education degree.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a customer facing role (sales, account management, customer service, real estate, mortgage, credit). Exceptions apply to college interns and recent high school and college graduates.
  • To be flexible with your work schedule.
